Transmission Dance AI operates transmissiondanceai.com as an independent digital entertainment product. Contact [email protected] for service, rights, privacy or order questions. We are not affiliated with the reference performers, Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, or any music artist.
Service and eligibility
Adults aged 18 or older may use their own photos or properly authorized adult photos. Solo uses one photo for the left dancer; Duo uses two separate adult photos. Photos guide appearance and visible clothes; a fixed site-provided reference guides motion in a newly generated scene. No face-paste, user target-footage upload, voice cloning or user-written prompt is offered.
Price and delivery
US$9.90 buys one approximately 12-second, 720 × 1280, 9:16 MP4. Generation uses Seedance 2.5 through Kie at 480p, followed by upscaling to 720p and optional reference-audio mux. Original reel audio is included unless you select Mute. No account, subscription or free generated preview. Applicable taxes and the total appear before payment. Generation starts only after verified payment and may take several minutes; no exact completion time is guaranteed.
Refunds and cancellation
A confirmed technical failure preventing delivery is eligible for a full refund or a support-assisted rerun without a second payment. Contact [email protected] with your order ID. We aim to respond within two business days and approved refunds may take 5–10 business days with the payment provider. Refunds are manual, not automatic. Once paid generation starts, work and costs begin immediately; mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain applicable. No automatic paid reruns.
Photo and content rights
You must hold the necessary image rights and have informed consent from every depicted adult. You retain your rights in your input photos. Do not upload minors, public figures, celebrities, unauthorized material or infringing content. Use outputs as clearly identified AI entertainment and do not present them as evidence of a real event, endorsement or statement. No commercial music license is represented by this service.
Unacceptable use and enforcement
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. We may reject a request, stop processing, suspend or terminate access, remove content we control, and investigate abuse when the terms are violated. We may retain limited evidence needed to handle a report or meet legal obligations. No account or credit balance is currently created. We do not cancel mandatory refund rights as a punishment for reporting a problem.
Availability and responsibility
The website and AI outputs are provided as available and as is. Likeness, motion, anatomy, clothing and backgrounds may vary; uninterrupted service and exact reproduction are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the service. Any limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer remedies. You are responsible for permissions and lawful sharing.
Data and downloads
Photos upload privately when you continue to checkout. Only verified paid orders enter the generation queue. Finished videos are available for 24 hours from completion and are not a permanent archive. Phone codes last up to ten minutes. Keep your purchase browser to access your order; contact support if access is lost. Refunds revoke further downloads. Previously saved copies cannot be remotely recalled.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms to reflect a service change; the last-updated date identifies the version. Changes do not remove mandatory rights for an existing purchase. Contact support first with any concern. Applicable mandatory consumer law remains effective.
AIGC content standards: six prohibited categories
All six categories are prohibited: (1) pornography, nudity generation and NSFW sexual material; (2) graphic violence and gore; (3) hate speech, discrimination and targeted harassment; (4) child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of minors and child exploitation; (5) deceptive deepfakes, unauthorized impersonation, face swapping, false endorsements and fabricated evidence; (6) copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized photos, characters, music and brand material. These restrictions apply regardless of whether content is synthetic. See the Acceptable Use page for the full rules.
Reporting, review and enforcement
Report unsafe or infringing output or unauthorized likeness use to [email protected] with the relevant URL or order reference. We review the report, may request necessary clarification and can restrict access to material under our control. We aim to acknowledge reports within three business days, with complex cases taking longer; appeals can be sent to the same address. We may refuse or stop generation, suspend or terminate access, remove violating content and retain necessary evidence. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Platform moderation process
Before checkout we require adult-photo permission and validate file types and sizes. After payment our provider request enables its NSFW checker. These checks do not establish age, consent, identity or all intellectual-property rights, and we do not claim every result receives human review. Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. We aim to review reports within two business days and prioritize urgent safety concerns. We may stop processing, restrict access, remove stored content or investigate repeated abuse.
