Data we process
When you continue to checkout we process your one or two adult photos, delivery email, Solo/Duo and mute choices, consent version, order reference and payment status. Photo selection before this action remains local. Cloudflare hosting may process IP addresses, timestamps and security logs. We use an essential HttpOnly browser cookie to protect access to your orders; the browser stores your last order reference locally. No advertising or tracking analytics are installed.
Purpose and providers
Cloudflare stores private photos, order records and MP4 files and hosts video post-processing. After confirmed payment, Kie receives temporary authenticated photo and motion-reference links to generate using Seedance 2.5. WAFFO processes checkout and payment information; we do not receive or store full card details. Cloudflare forwards support mail to our operator-controlled Gmail mailbox. These providers may process data internationally under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not promise their logs or backups are instantly deleted.
Retention
Unpaid uploads are removed after 24 hours. Completed-order photos and video files are removed when the 24-hour result-download window ends. Failed, refunded or unresolved submission photos are removed within seven days. Essential payment/order records and consent evidence are retained as required for accounting, disputes and legal duties; support correspondence is kept only as necessary. Provider-side retention is governed by the provider, rather than a claimed site-wide deletion guarantee.
Security and sharing
Files are kept in a private storage bucket. Purchase-browser cookies and narrowly scoped expiring tokens authorize downloads. Provider photo links are temporary and limited to the relevant order; phone links last up to ten minutes and authorize only that video. Anyone holding a valid phone code can view its video until expiry, so keep it private. HTTPS protects transport. No system guarantees absolute security.
Your rights
Contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion or privacy questions. Include your order ID, without card credentials or identity documents. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to applicable law and necessary ownership checks. We explain lawful retention needs where deletion cannot be completed.
Public examples and external links
Existing Solo/Duo examples use our fictional adult model images, not customer uploads. Customer photos are not added to the public gallery. External Instagram links lead to a separate service. A photo is not a generated preview; there is no free generation.
