Refund policy
Refunds and cancellation
A confirmed technical failure preventing delivery is eligible for a full refund or a support-assisted rerun without a second payment. Contact [email protected] with your order ID. We aim to respond within two business days and approved refunds may take 5–10 business days with the payment provider. Refunds are manual, not automatic. Once paid generation starts, work and costs begin immediately; mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain applicable. No automatic paid reruns.
Completed results
AI may vary in face, clothes, anatomy, background and movement. Exact identity or frame-for-frame choreography is not guaranteed. This does not limit mandatory remedies for a defective or undelivered product. Contact support with your order ID and a brief description.
No duplicate charges or automatic reruns
We verify payment before generation. Duplicate payment notifications do not create another job. An uncertain provider submission is checked by support before any rerun; we do not automatically spend credits again.

Download your result within 24 hours after completion. Refunds disable further access. Contact support promptly if a technical problem prevents downloading.
